Professional Engineer & Professional Surveyor and Mapper With more than 11 years of engineering and management experience, Carlos brings expertise in surveying, public infrastructure, construction, and capital improvement programs. As a Florida-licensed P.E. and P.S.M., he provides technical leadership and a strong focus on quality, compliance, and project execution.
Jose Raul Napoles
President of Latitude Land Surveying José R. Nápoles brings more than a decade of surveying experience, including extensive field experience in Southwest Florida. His role goes beyond overseeing the company. He understands the work from the ground up — from the conditions encountered in the field to the details that can make a difference in a finished survey. That experience shapes how Latitude approaches each project: practical, attentive, and focused on getting the work right.
Lilidiana Cruz
Director of Operations Lilidiana oversees operations, project coordination, technology, and the systems that keep Latitude organized behind the scenes. Her focus is simple: make it easier for the team to do good work and easier for clients to know where their project stands. From project intake and scheduling to communication and workflow management, Latitude is built to operate with intention — not improvisation.
